Oyster is a study in texture, made of casted aluminum, this peice sit at about 10"x10", and weighs aproximatly 5lbs The two halfs were seperatly carved and casted before being welded together, giving both to upper and lower side a unqiue textured pattern. The accentuating peice, Pearl, is an alabaster stone carving of  a skull, the polished posturerior cranium acting as the shiny pearl for this united combo.
